Hayley Owens

Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science @ Tufts University

Hayley Owens is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Computer Science department. She obtained her Bachelor's in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University in the spring of 2022 with a minor in mathematics and a concentration in big data and cloud computing. She currently works in the Assistive Agent Behavior and Learning Lab (AABL).

Hayley's research deals with robot behavior which adapts to a user's personalized needs. Ranging from an individual's preference in robot interaction styles to personalized assistance in unstructured tasks, Hayley is interested in helping the user in a way the user truly wants.
